Their lambi is great to have and since I'm a lamb I fanatic it's always order it. But their is not great at all. It's always super hard. They are not using basmati rice which would have a much better option for them.

The presentation of my order was well. However, I ordered a "griot" there was no marinade or acra in the container, the plantains looked old and dirty. One can tell they were fried in uncleaned oil they also were cold and chewy instead of being crispy. The fried pork was extremely cold as well. The garnish was old and stale.
I also ordered Macaroni Gratin which supposed to be made the French or Caribbean but was made the American way which I highly dislike. I hope they aim at doing better.

Voodoo pasta is AMAZING. It's my first time and won't be my last time going to Zanmi. You won't be disappointed. It's spicy but Delicious
