• 26/3/26Twice now my seasoning has been missing from my fries! I ordered a Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz and literally only got 3 fingers. That's ridiculous!! It already took an hour to get to me which I was ok with that, but to constantly get my order wrong makes me not want to order again.

• 25/10/23Ordered the Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz and chicken strips were dried out and overdone. Again. Bread was hard and stale. Fries were cold. Been a while since we ordered Zaxby's and apparently the previous bad meal was not a fluke. Old dried out chicken strips seems to be how they roll now. Won't be ordering from them again.

• 7/5/22No seasoning on the fries, a piece of silver (maybe foil) on my toast, and I was missing a spicy zax sauce that I paid for.
