"I wanted to splurge a little and get a rib eye. I started by looking at the usual steak spots and they were all over $80. When I did a search for rib eye the APP suggested Slo. I was hesitant because I had read they Slo is the online name for BJ's, not that I dislike BJ's, but usually in restaurants when they do a lot of variety of foods they're usually just average, but at $30 less I took the chance.......I'm so glad I did!
My steak was cooked exactly as ordered, it was so tender and easy to cut, like a hot knife though butter. It was a good size and the season was nice. The mashed potatoes were flavorful without having to add any salt. The Caesar was crisp and fresh and came dressing on side so lettuce didn't wilty.
Slo will now be my go to for a really tasty reasonably priced steak."

The food quality and portion sizes simply do not justify the high prices here. We paid $90 for two plates (a 4-way and a 2-way combo), and it was highly disappointing. The ribs were dry and tough, and the chicken was completely overcooked and dried out. To make matters worse, they even charge extra just for additional BBQ sauce.
The logistics were also frustrating. I ordered via DoorDash for pickup and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for the food to be ready.
The only saving grace was the cashier. She was great and doing her absolute best, but she was clearly overworked—handling order taking, food prep, and cooking all at the same time. I felt terrible for her, but management needs to step up staffing and fix their food quality for these prices"
