We get the standard spicy sauce in MILD (it is still a bit hot, which we like, but they can go a lot hotter), which seems to be their own blend, and is super addictive because it is tangy, a tiny bit sweet, with plenty of heat and umami. Just the best, and nothing you can get elsewhere. They should bottle it and market it! I want to see celebrities eating it on Hot Ones! The wings are well cleaned and cooked crispy and perfect. Get Wet on Wings for wet sauce on them. Fries are always hot, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside like they should be, honestly my favorite place for fries. Even the prepackaged ranch dressing they provide is better than expected, quite nice, and I am picky. We often get a cheeseburger or salad which are also very good, and they often put in seasonal fresh fruit or veg. The staff/owners are super nice and lovely people, and we think they are wonderful! We haven't tried their gyros or some other menu items, but when we get food at a place called THE BEST WINGS we are going with the best wings a human being can eat.
