"Just because I know someone's job depends on the star rating, and the day crew - y'all rock, 5 stars. We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing. Yeah, it's rough and all we can do is try to remind them or maybe get more workers to help (I know) - but the food is always fresh, the taste is always as it should be. We'll always order again from Taco Bell, but maybe next time we'll go in ourselves to make sure it's there.

I liked BWW alright, but the other night I ordered the bone-in wings and now everytime my friends want to go here, I definitely say 'yes'! I guess I should've gone for the wings to begin with. They were nice and crispy and for every 5 wings, you can order a different sauce/dry rub. The salt & vinegar rub is amazing and I can't remember the name of the other sauces I chose, but they were all delicious! "I understand the prices now. The Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese was great and they didn't skimp on anything. The crispy onions came in their own container which more restaurants on doordash need to consider doing with hot food that have crispy components.

"All items were as expected, as far as flavor and consistent quality of the food. I've ordered the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese many times in person. One thing worth mentioning is when you order in the restaurant, you get 5 or 6 onion rings on top of the dish, more like a garnish than a side. this came with a smaller container of Onion Strings which was equivalent to half of a regular order of onion strings. I am definitely not complaining, however next time I order I'll skip the extra side of strings and get a dessert. The driver was on time and all containers were clearly labeled as gluten free."
