I've been here a bunch of times, but ironically had never ordered the wings. I liked BWW alright, but the other night I ordered the bone-in wings and now everytime my friends want to go here, I definitely say 'yes'! I guess I should've gone for the wings to begin with. They were nice and crispy and for every 5 wings, you can order a different sauce/dry rub. The salt & vinegar rub is amazing and I can't remember the name of the other sauces I chose, but they were all delicious! I didn't care for the Thai Curry one because it was super salty & gritty, but that's probably just a 'me' thing since I love curry in general. I had ordered the 20 bone-in Wings for my daughter and I and we had a bunch left over, so I put them in the air fryer and they honestly were just as good!

Only got 18 traditional wings + 16 boneless (most of which were basically popcorn chicken) AND ALL CHICKEN WAS PLAIN!! Didn't include ANY sauce or seasoning at all.. Might as well have ordered junk KFC instead of shelling out nearly $100

The Rochester BWW has really upped their game since the last time I ordered. The order was 100% correct. New packaging with clear windows on top lets you see what's inside, and vent holes prevents everything from getting steamed and soggy.
As far as food quality, the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger is as good as anything you get from the "fancy" burger joints. The hand breaded tenders were new to me, and excellent, and the bone in wings were very good. the only minor complaint with those was that they were all drumetts, but I guess most people prefer them.

I ordered the Southwestern Black Bean Burger and it lacked flavor. I asked for no tomatoes and it still came with a tomato on it. And just by looking at the guacamole, you could tell it wasn't fresh because it was a bit grey. The quality just wasn't there this time.
