"This was my first time trying Rise and Grind Coffee so I wanted to order two of my go-to favorite drinks and was pleasantly surprised!
First, I tried my iced London Fog and while it wasn't my personal favorite London Fog, I could see others really loving this flavor. For me I love when the tea flavor is more dominant, but this one was stronger on the vanilla side with more of a hint of tea (again, while this wasn't for me, I could see others really loving it!). In terms of value, the drink to ice ratio was AMAZING. I actually got a large portion of drink whereas at many places I feel like I'm just drinking ice so thank you for that! For my second drink, I got a hot breve without any sweetners as I wanted to taste the coffee itself, and was so glad that I did! The coffee is soooo delicious and honestly I will be ordering coffee from here more often! The coffee itself has such a nice flavor I don't think it needs any sweetner.

"This was our first time ordering from here and we were disappointed. The $16+ ham and cheese sandwich on pretzel bread was smaller than expected, but it would've been good how they made it properly. We requested no hot honey, which they soaked the bread with. And the other condiment, which was a Dijon horseradish that we did want to be on the sandwich, they forgot.
The shrimp scampi was very underseasoned, and the shrimp was overcooked (made us think they may use pre-cooked shrimp), but once we added garlic, salt, pepper, and a few red pepper flakes it was decent. However, they didn't include the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it.
We ordered a couple of kids meals. One of them was the PB&J. There was barely any PB or J on that sandwich, but there was very dry, very old and stale bread. It was in edible and went straight in the garbage.
Positive things? The monster cookies were OK, the soup was decent (not great, but decent), and the baby carrots that came with the kids meals were very fresh (mid of dad that they were the best part of the meals - lol). Also, the fruit cup medley that came with the ham and cheese sandwich was really fresh and tasty, but the little container was barely half full.
We really wanted to like this place, because they have a good variety of menu items and things that are different, but it was a miss."

The coffee was good, but for the same price you could easily get something similar elsewhere for almost double the size.
