I had a Chile Relleno and the Beantown Nachos. While the Chile Relleno is a big serving it is a great meal by itself. The Nachos however you could satisfy 3 people (I had 3 separate servings over as many days). The 2 -9x9" plastic containers were heavy with food, just guessing 2-3 lbs, maybe more. I'll weigh next time. haha. I see other Mexican restaurants in the area that don't have a Chile Relleno and some not even Nachos??? Different styles I guess. This is my new go to Tex Mex food place."

"So! I tried this place last week and it was above average and leaving me craving more!
This week not so much!
Last week the GROUND BEEF GUERO TACO was crunchy, thick and held up well each bite of the taco with no soggy taco.
This week - I dont think they fried the shell because it was soggy, thin and had no texture. I could have just made tacos at home for less money.
Also last week the Churros were SUPER FRESH, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside... this week, a stale cinnamon disappointment. Extremely disappointed!
The only thing that held to last weeks expup was the BIRRIA QUESADILLA. Still very favorful.
I'm curious, is the inconsistency normal here? Or was this a once in a lifetime disappointment? Because I was really excited to have found this place last week. :("

"This place was so good! I got the Fried Mojarra (fried fish) and my husband got the Grilled Arrachera Steak - we didn't really have high expectations but this place far exceeded any even if we did. We got delivery and the fried fish was still crispy when it got here and the grilled steak was charred well. "Ordered the Birria Tacos, 4 Tacos Al Pastor, and the Huaraches with barbacoa.
Overall out of the three items only the birria tacos were worth getting being generously filled with meat and cheese and having a good flavor. The pastor tacos lacked in flavor and the meat was tough and chewy. The huaraches appeared great but was a soggy mess in the center. Totally fine and expected with the toppings but the issue was the barbacoa. Have never in my life had barbacoa made with BBQ sauce. Took several bites to confirm if it was indeed bbq sauce even one while writing the review. If it's labeled properly as bbq pulled meat then people would probably enjoy it but barbacoa is entirely different. Rice and bean side for the birria tacos also never arrived and for the amount of food they only gave one green and one red salsa no option on doordash to order more. 2/5 would order birria tacos again from them and nothing else."
