The Nachos and Chiles Rellenos were EXCELLENT but I took off stars because I paid $7.50 for Chips and Salsa and was given less than 1/2 of a school lunch bag of chips. I'm giving them as many stars as they gave me chips.

What in the "Mexican" is this?! I ordered Queso Fundido with chorizo and I got a bowl of half melted cheese and a side of some kind of meat that's pretending to be chorizo. . The salsa to go with the chips and salsa smells and tastes like Italian tomato sauce which is great if I ordered Italian tomato sauce. The shrimp tacos on the menu doesn't mention that the shrimp are fried. Good tacos with soggy shrimp. Finally the elote, SO much crema, so much spice and acid. I'm sorry but this food is awful.

Tulum is consistently delicious. We've ordered a bunch of different things from the menu and they've all been great. And I say this as someone who grew up in SoCal and is particularly critical when it comes to Mexican food. Love this place.

Delicious, much better than the local average, great fresh ingredients and portion value. Highly recommend. Maybe move away from plastic packaging? Then it would be A+
