"I had a late night sweet craving and Ms. Sweets was open. I ordered a slice of red velvet and a slice of tres leches. The red velvet was moist and spongy with a tang of fruit jam. The tres leches was thick with syrup, with fluffy cream on top and a side of fresh raspberries and strawberries. I savored every bite. This bakery has mastered the art of cake and I will order from them again soon. I might even save a slice for my wife this time."

The mango mousse cake reminded me more of a fruit tart but was light, balanced, and refreshing nonetheless. I really enjoyed how present the mango flavor was in every bite. The crust reminded me of ciabatta bread because of how airy it was. It complemented the mousse very well and did not overpower the fruit at all.
