So just be aware before ordering, they literally mean just lettuce. I think my brain just processed it as a garden salad when I ordered it, so that's on me, I guess. Overall, the meal has basically been sitting here for several hours untouched besides the initial taste test. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoy the restaurant 9 times out of 10."

"All my boyfriend has talked about for a day was wanting an everything bagel. I live 30 mi. away in the SFV. He travels from my house to work by motorcycle so I wanted to do something nice for him so I dashed a surprise brunch bagel and OJ as he arrived. I wasn't able to find any another eatery with an "everything" bagel. Bagel options were also bigger than other places. I was very impressed with drink options as well as variety of sweets. The prices were generous enough I also got donut holes for the receptionist so she wouldn't be jealous. Thanks for helping me be able to do that. "I was pretty disappointed with my order. I paid $3.40 for a side of fried shrimp because the menu photo clearly showed four pieces of shrimp. Instead, I only received one piece. This wasn’t the “add a piece” option from the combo menu—it was a separate side order that I specifically purchased because I expected to get extra shrimp.
To make matters worse, my total order came out to almost $50, so I was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t willing to make things right over something as small as two or three additional pieces of shrimp. When I brought the issue to their attention, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer an explanation, a refund, or any effort to compensate me for what appeared to be a misleading menu photo.
For a customer spending nearly $50, I would have expected better customer service. Providing the missing two or three small pieces of shrimp would have been a simple way to resolve the issue and leave a good impression. Instead, I was left feeling misled and disappointed. I hope they update their menu photos so future customers know exactly what they’re ordering."
