Ordered a Sweet Almond Pretzel at 6:45pm then get notified when my dasher goes to pick it up that the manager told the cashier "No, no more!" When she tried to prepare my order. Said that they don't bake items an hour before close. 6:45pm is not an hour before closing time. This is the second time that I've ordered the Sweet Almond Pretzel and didn't get it. Pure laziness and TERRIBLE customer service! If they aren't going to take the time to make the Sweet Almond Pretzel, they need to remove it from the DoorDash menu!"

French Fries did not travel well, and were too thin to reheat in the air fryer without drying them out. But 12. French Fries are always a risk for a delivery order. I think I live at the end of the range for delivery, so if you live closer, you may have better luck. But I will definitely be re-ordering that 75. Pork or Chicken Egg Foo Young, as well as exploring the rest of the menu. Also everything was very carefully packed, and none of the soups leaked. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
