"We used to love La Provence. It was a special treat for breakfast. One of the things I loved the most were the crossaints. Unfortunately the quality has been going down progressively with our last two orders and I'm not sure we'll order again.
On our last order, there was one less cookie than there was supposed to be. As of this order, there were no crossaints included (and the bag was sealed, so not like they want somewhere else), there was little meat in the Corned Beef Hash and the Side Hashbrowns were woefully undercooked and damp. Really not what you want from a breakfast order and pretty sad.

It's been a while, and things aren't the same. They managed to brown the bottom of my eggs, so the whites were tough. The sausage was rubbery, tough and burned on one side. The biscuits and gravy were okay, but they've gotten stingy with the gravy. To make sure there was enough gravy, we ordered a side of it. For the additional $3.99, it would have been nice if they had filled the container more than halfway.

They had to close early due to an emergency and was unable to fulfill the entire order, such as the Tarte au Citron, which I understand. They were lovely about it and provided two of their chocolate gateaus explaining the situation. Their service was wonderful, and I wish I could give them five stars for service.
The reason for my rating is that the eclairs and croissant were fine, not great. The coffee one was subpar to be honest. The mini croissant was comically small for the price. I would have been fine with it if everything had a bakery quality taste. Instead, the desserts reminded me of store brand desserts.
The gateaus were bland but my partner liked the texture.
The item that did stand out was the Quiche Jardinière. My partner loved it and had no critiques. "

"Well...I saw a Pizza Hut ad and thought hm I'll give them another try. And I never make bad reviews really. But this order was a BAD IDEA. I'm not sure where this company is going but it's not up. The CinnaStix were dry, deflated and clearly OLD with a hunk of fried out cinnamon sugar in a brick in the center of the dough. Icing was COMPLETELY liquid. The cheese sticks were old and burnt and I ordered a side of fries and got about 12 French fries that tasted re-fried in old oil in a container that clearly showed there was supposed to be more than arrived. Especially for the price. Wasted money wasted time for what seems like careless work. Never again."

Breakfast Biscuit was a slightly higher class and legally distinct mcmuffin, that's really all it is and that's all I expected it to be - it was great, tasted less fake than it's inspiration which is always a plus! It was also a decent size but not oversized, I feel like this would make a fine breakfast on it's own.

"Okay if this tells you anything about how much I love their food, the order is always missing something to the point is a comedy but I absolutely don't care cause the Borscht is so so good. I get cravings for this food all the time. Sometimes it comes in a tall cup, sometimes it comes in a bowl, sometimes the bread in the side comes with the order, sometimes it doesn't. Lol. Sometimes I order cucumber salad (oh my god so good) and sometimes fries come in their place. The fries are ALSO good. Seriously you have to try this place if you're a chill patron. If you're type A personality you need to go to the food cart instead. You gotta roll with the dice but you will not be disappointed. Also a super good value."
