It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again. "I have ordered twice. Same issues both times. The chicken and coleslaw had absolutely no flavor. The only redeeming quality was that the fries were still crunchy and the sauce is good (albeit on the sweet side) but I don't know that I like my fries sweet (except for sweet potato fries). For the price, it isn't worth ordering again when there are better chicken places locally that have flavor, crunch, and are more tactfully priced."

I specifically requested my New York Strip Steak be well done! The outside definitely was, but when I cut into it, it was all bright pink raw meat! It was such a a disappointment because the steak itself had excellent garlic seasoning and was well done on the outside. The raw meat ruined the whole thing. The steak fries were crispy and the macaroni and cheese was cooked well. The two biscuits were a bit cold and not very fresh tasting. The restaurant did add condiments/ Extras and Silverware requested. This whole dinner would have been 5 stars had the New York Strip Steak been cooked properly to well done with NO PINK CENTER. I'm unable to eat raw or uncooked meat so it was no good."

"Their food is usually excellent but I feel like every time I order it there is a problem with one thing or another. Last time the Mozzarella Sticks (5 PC) were overcooked and there was barely any cheese in them. Just at the very bottom. This time they didn't include my drink and the chicken strips were overcooked. So they were a little tough to eat. But when everything is cooked right it is delicious! The portions are huge. Like the fries that fall out of the little bag is enough to fill another order of them. Yes. it is in a gas station but so what! I'm telling you it is delicious. The staff is friendly and they give big portions for the price.
The big wildcat is our favorite. You get 3 chicken tenders which are huge and 3 potato wedges that are breaded and huge. You'll mistake the potato wedges for the tenders sometimes.
The stuffed tots are same price as burger King. BK you get 8. For same cost here you get 20. Let me tell you it is way better than what they serve at BK.
I haven't tried the burgers yet but the pastrami burger is next on my list. I trust this store. Unlike your average gas station food place it appears they actually keep things clean and the food is made with care. The staff is happy you are in the store and actually want to serve you instead of being annoyed you chose their establishment.

"Was hesitant to try based on mixed reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. This was my first time trying Cupbop. I ordered right when they opened, so that may make a difference? But my bowl was filled to the brim. Noodles and sauce were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the rice, but there wasn't much in there so I wasn't too offended. Ordered a level 6 spice and it was perfect heat for me. I will say you don't get a ton of meat, but I still found it to be pretty filling and will have leftovers for tomorrow. I had it with the Yogur de Savila drink, which was a nice sweet aloe yogurt drink, it complemented the spice well. The kimchi was pretty good and I dumped it onto my bowl. Would order again sometime"
