I do wish they added a bit more chicken pieces, or offered the option to add more chicken for an extra fee. The Naan bread is the fluffiest! The mango lassi was delicious. This is my very favorite dish and India Star's version is the best ever, and I've eaten Malai Kofta from at least 7 states, close to 3 dozen Indian restaurants, still Indian Star beats them all The vegetable torpedoes (that's what my crew call them) still had a subtle but still detectable crispness to the outside and the firm, delicious center was the perfect texture and explodes with savory flavor. The fragrant sauce has a cheesy, nutty flavor that is hearty and indulgent. the pakora and samosa appetizers, lentil soup, naan, really everything was delicious and gets 11 out of 10 stars. "All of our food was delicious. We tried the Methi Lamb (Served with Basmati rice ) for the first time and the sauce, lamb, and fenugreek leaves are an amazing combo! The Malai Kofta (Served with Basmati rice ) is one of my favorite dishes from them. We tried breads which we have had one somewhere else but the Paneer Kulcha was brand new. Both the Paneer Kulcha and Aloo Paratha (2 Pieces) were super thick, still very warm and the cheese was still melty, and absolutely delicious. The breads are very filling though and honestly could be a meal on their own. Overall we loved all the food we ordered and when we order again it will probably include at least two of the items regularly."
