"I was staying in fresno for the week and decided to try WTM because of the wide variety of flavors they offer and more so because you can customize your drink to be very sweet. I ordered a Tiger Spice Chai and a Thai Tea asking for no ice in both and extra sweet, adding a few words of thanks. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that not only did they follow my requests but added cutely wrapped straws/napkins and a cup of ice so I could add it at my convenience. Both teas were excellent! I even froze the Tiger Spice Chai so that it would stay cold on my way back home on the train. Also included was a note someone had written w a little doodle of a cup and thanking me for my kind words. I thought it was very sweet that someone took the time to do this! They were all dry- not just lacking moisture..it was as if they had been frozen for awhile then sat on the counter for a week. Even the frosting was crumbly. $30 for week-old cupcakes! Literally the worst cupcakes I have EVER EATEN! Just writing this makes me want to drive over to the employee/owner and ask them to eat my week old cupcakes."
