"I tried the chicken nuggets for the heck of it, and they were overcooked. Way overcooked!! I ordered a $ .98 side of sour cream and the little container they put it in was too big for the amount of sour cream I was given. I got such a tiny scoop that I compared it to a tablespoon. It was almost exactly the same amount as a tablespoon!! I paid a dollar for a tablespoon of sour cream!! This TacoBell has been very inconsistent since I moved here. It would benefit everybody if there was some sort of regular training and someone who checked on the employees and orders for quality and consistency. I'm not talking badly about anybody in particular. I have also had great service from this location, and I appeciate that. Maybe if there were some random and independent reviews done by the management and corporate office, it would motivate certain employees to be more careful, and want to provide better quality of service and food for their customers. I don't work in the food industry, so Iwon't talk about what I don't know. I'm simply trying to help one of the restaurants that I enjoy, and everyone connected to it, to give some suggestions that could benefit the restaurant itself, the employees, as well as the customers who enjoy it. I used to frequent a Taco Bell near my house for decades. But it was not a consistent or quality establishment after awhile. I stopped eating there. And it actually closed a was bought by another restaraunt. And the new restaurant is now established and thriving. I'd love to see the Taco Bell near me doing well. "Farmer Boys has always been pricier than other fast food restaurants. They used to be worth it, not anymore. The portions used to be generous, the food always used to taste great. Their prices go up, their portions get smaller. The Parmesan crusted burger tasted like they used plain sourdough, there was nothing crusted about it, you couldn't taste the Parmesan. The breakfast burrito was bland, pretty much flavorless, and the hashbrowns that were supposed to be crispy were barely cooked. Farmer Boys used to be a great local fast food chain, now they're just a disappointment. $21 and change for a hamburger around the same proportions of a double cheeseburger from McDonald's, plus a burrito about the size of what you would get from Taco Bell. About the only positive was the ingredients being fresh rather than frozen. Don't think I will be eating here again."
