"I tried the chicken nuggets for the heck of it, and they were overcooked. Way overcooked!! I ordered a $ .98 side of sour cream and the little container they put it in was too big for the amount of sour cream I was given. I got such a tiny scoop that I compared it to a tablespoon. It was almost exactly the same amount as a tablespoon!! I paid a dollar for a tablespoon of sour cream!! This TacoBell has been very inconsistent since I moved here. It would benefit everybody if there was some sort of regular training and someone who checked on the employees and orders for quality and consistency. I'm not talking badly about anybody in particular. I have also had great service from this location, and I appeciate that. Maybe if there were some random and independent reviews done by the management and corporate office, it would motivate certain employees to be more careful, and want to provide better quality of service and food for their customers. I don't work in the food industry, so Iwon't talk about what I don't know. I'm simply trying to help one of the restaurants that I enjoy, and everyone connected to it, to give some suggestions that could benefit the restaurant itself, the employees, as well as the customers who enjoy it. I used to frequent a Taco Bell near my house for decades. But it was not a consistent or quality establishment after awhile. I stopped eating there. And it actually closed a was bought by another restaraunt. And the new restaurant is now established and thriving. I'd love to see the Taco Bell near me doing well. "I work in food service, so I'm usually more lenient to mistakes and stuff. However, this is the 3rd time I have ordered from here and had terrible food quality. Last time and this time my cream cheese icing tasted curdled and gross. I threw away my entire order of crepes last time, and now im throwing away an entire waffle.
The eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns are always great! I used to get strawberry and cream crepes that were good! But lately it has been terrible every time. My husband ordered a SANDWICH but had to use a knife and fork because it was all destroyed and broken up, as pictured. Very disappointing for the price. "
