"My favorite pizza is the Car Crash, but a lot of times that's too much for just me and really takes up a lot of room in the fridge. The same ingredients are used in the Meatball Roll - and for less money! Two will provide me with four meals and the crust doesn't get as hard. Only downside is they only put a tiny bit of marinara in the rolls and provide just one ramekin of it on the side for a whole roll. I'm an Italian America dual citizen who grew up in Connecticut/ NYC and has managed pizzerias, and this was the best eggplant parm pizza I've had outside of CT/NY and honestly I think it could compete at a high level on the east coast.
