The right cook level makes all the difference in with the chicken items. So that was nice. This location had also done a good job following my special instructions for toppings. The impossible burger Pattie's were cooked nicely and tasted good for a veggie burger. A lot better than what I would expect from a fast food veggie burger. I will return here for the impossible burgers and chicken as long as the 2-for-1 deal remains for the chicken sandwiches. I prefer original chicken sandwhich instead of the Royal Crispy Chicken though.

"Wow... ordered a variety & got the pleasure of having the best bite of pastry of my life (Kouign Amann), followed immediately by the best bite of pastry of all my past & future lives as well (Apple Turnover), and then the best baguette (Baguette Parisian). I've never had a baguette with a crust that perfect and fresh before. Everything had such a fresh glass-crackle crust, including the Chocolate Croissant. The pastry work and lamination is just unreal. And the Bread of the Month (red bell pepper & rosemary for April) is spectacular too; my mom & I both instantly agreed we'll be trying every bread of the month from now on.
Only miss for me is the Double Chocolate Muffin; no chips, not super chocolatey, and doesn't taste like it was made freshly today, but that's understandable with a muffin. Muffins don't seem to be the point of this place anyway, and that's okay. Order from them what they clearly do best in town-- pastries and bread.

I suspect the toppings were low quality compared to others I've had. The Queso / Cheese was going bad and was bitter. If they up the quality and use fresher ingredients they'd move up on my list. Theres too much competition around here to be mid with Salvi food. I would give this place one more chance if my go to was closed."

"Tried this place for the first time recently. I ordered 3 tacos with carne asada, the esquites and the mangonada. The esquites on its own is a 5/5 for me, I love the combination of savoriness and tanginess. I could've enjoyed it even a bit spicier but it didn't really need it because it was already so flavorful. The tacos were pretty good but I think I would've liked another choice of protein better. I'll have to try again another time but right now I'd give the tacos I had about a 3.9/5; I really liked the veggies and the salsa, above average taco but not the best I've ever had. Lastly, the mangonada was also a 5/5 for me, excellent balance of sweet, sour and spicy. Not everyone may like that combination of flavors but for me it was very good and you can tell it's very fresh. I will definitely be going here again, there's a lot of other items on the menu I'd like to try and I'm gonna be craving the esquites and the mangonada all the time now. "
