I did drain some of the dressing as I thought there was too much liquid. The pad see ew with tofu had a subtle smoky flavor that reminded me of food cooked over a charcoal, like street food is. "Ordered the Som Tum Papaya Pok Pok (papaya salad), and the Pineapple Fried Rice. I'll start by saying the food was ready before time to pick it up and it was hot. That's about all the nice things I can say. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this helps this new restaurant grow. The taste of the Papaya Pok Pok was nothing like any Som Tum I have ever had. It was lacking so much salt and was obviously made with jarred lime juice and not fresh squeezed citrus. The balance was so far off for Thai food. There were almost no peanuts, no fish sauce, and absolutely no salt or spice. It was so sour and sweet with no heat or salt. Just awful. The portion was tiny as well - it didn't come close to filling its container. There was literally one leaf of lettuce included and some tum should have multiple leaves.
The Pineapple Fried Rice was lacking salt, the portion size was appropriate, and it was lacking curry and spice. I've never had a dry fried rice before but somehow this ate like sawdust.
