"This is the best Monte Cristo I have had since Bennigan's closed, almost 20 years ago. It is huge, more than two meals worth. It's made exactly to specs, is cooked to the perfect degree (crispy but not burned or hard, cheese is melted and interior is warm, not too greasy, not dry or overdone), and comes with the proper sides of raspberry jam and powdered sugar.
