"The TonKaTsu Fried Pork was absolutely spectacular!! So good!! The pork was tender and delicious. The portions were very generous and the prices were reasonable. The cabbage and carrots with the hot pepper sauce tasted great, too. That's something that I've eaten all my life. Enjoyed the pork bao bites and the chocolate bao bites were great for dessert! I ordered extra steamed rice and some General Tso's sauce on the side to go with it. It was awesome as well. There was nothing in my meal that did not taste amazing!!
My big mistake was forgetting to put the pork in the refrigerator with everything else. I left it in a freezer bag on a table near the couch, and left the room for less than 2 minutes. One of my pupsters made a quick and efficient meal of the entire bag! It was a lot of pork!! I am so sad that the TonKaTsu Fried Pork is gone!! I will be ordering more!! "Please send my comments to Liang’s. I have been living in Tyler for five years. I also, love Chinese food. Until, tonight I haven’t found a good Chinese restaurant. The other restaurants, food doesn’t have the flavor Liange’s, food had. It was very favorable and I believed they use all fresh vegetables. I say that because of the taste. Not greasy and the spring rolls didn’t have a thick coat of dough. They use a thinner dough in order to enjoy the fresh vegetables inside. Most Chinese restaurants have a thick doughy wrapping on their spring rolls. You don’t taste the vegetables, you’re eating mostly dough. Not Liange’s, they use a thinner dough and lots of fresh vegetables. The Moo Shu, was delicious. Cooked perfectly, lots of vegetables and chicken and the container that it came in was full. No shrinkage on any food served at Liange’s Chinese restaurant. Just great food."
