Not greasy and the spring rolls didn’t have a thick coat of dough. They use a thinner dough in order to enjoy the fresh vegetables inside. Most Chinese restaurants have a thick doughy wrapping on their spring rolls. You don’t taste the vegetables, you’re eating mostly dough. Not Liange’s, they use a thinner dough and lots of fresh vegetables. The Moo Shu, was delicious. Cooked perfectly, lots of vegetables and chicken and the container that it came in was full. No shrinkage on any food served at Liange’s Chinese restaurant. Just great food."
