"I am not Indian, nor have I been to India, so I can't speak to authenticity. I do love food, however, and Tikka is fast comfort food you can rely on. The chicken is almost always overcooked, and I prefer it that way. The 3 Piece Gulab Jamun is the best I've ever had ( props to you when you add seeds please do that more often.) I usually get butter Butter Chicken (Makhani) and add chickpea + veggies. The medium size is enough for two and possibly leftovers. I believe they use a power version VS other companies that use the liquid which makes it a little more sweet. This tea tasted a little grainy, milky, and not a lot of sweetness/nor that "spice" kick you normally get. Lastly, the everything Bagel (toasted with spread) with extra cream cheese. It seemed as if the bread had almost been scooped out the bagel was so thin. Yes, I asked for extra cream cheese but there was SO much cream cheese it filled up one of my 1/4 cup jars. One suggestion I have is if a client wants a toasted bagel and CC to put the CC on the side. Once it's delivered it is no longer warm and we're unable to re-toast with the CC already in the bagel."
