"The Tilapia Veracruzana was wonderful. There were two large fillets, seasoned perfectly, with slightly spicy chipotle sauce drizzled on top. The vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and squash were tender and seasoned, not bland. There was also a perfect portion of Mexican rice cooked to perfection.
