• 3/2/25 Too many people complain about bad food. Then don’t give credit when credit due. I have worked in pizza and/or Italian restaurants on and off since the early 1980. I know how to make great pizza. I csn toss the dough, whirl it behind my back, etc. I know how to spread sauce evenly, place the topping so they don’t slide to the center, pop the bubbles before the burn in tbe oven. There is a fine line between too few topping, too many and just right. There is actually quite a bit to making the perfect pizza. So when I order a pizza from Noble Roman’s last night and it was a perfect 10 out of 10, I decided to give credit where credit is do. This is an absolute perfectly made pizza !

• 2/11/26Just a heads up, this is a gas station location. This is not the high quality dinning location off of Red Bank and the Lloyd. Qualityis low, portions are great, taste is grea. Freshness was questionable. Would order the pizza again but certainly not the breadsticks.

• 5/20/24Our pizza arrived not cooked thoroughly. The cheese was not melted, the center of the crust was doughy, and the pepperonis were cold. Our cheese dip had to be reheated in the microwave. The breadsticks were hard as a rock. We will not be ordering from Noble Roman's again.

• 12/8/23Pizza was cold. Cheese wasn't melted all the way. Breadsticks were dry/old. Lasagna was in a bag labeled "Turkey" and did not taste good.
