"The food was not that great. The bun on the buttery Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo, did not taste buttery Nor fresh. The two tacos we're stale, and the lettuce was old and wilted. I know the dasher brought the food promptly because the milkshake was still chilled and thick and the whipped cream was not melted away. The french fries were lukewarm and very salty. The portion sizes were good. The food was just poor quality.. My overall thoughts is that I would not order for delivery again, but I may actually go to the restaurant if I'm out, so that I know the food is going to be eaten at that precise moment."

"Food was good but there were some issues with the overall experience. The ranch was spilled which dripped under the boxes, causing the bag to rip. I guess it was an accident but then the first Sweet Potato Fries - Regular I go to eat was stuck together and had a weird slimy texture. I'm assuming it was the oil but seeing that made my appetite sour. I try to move on to the Cup of Seasoned Street Corn. At first I thought it had a few char burns from a grill but most of the corn was just brown and grey. I share a picture of this other street corn from H-E-B to show it was not just grill marks.
The rest of the meal was ok and I did enjoy the Mac and cheese. Overall 2.5/5 experience. I understand accidents happen but the quality of the food also matters."

Because the restaurant sealed them completely in an aluminum tray, the breading became gummy and the chops continued to steam resulting in an overcooked rubbery texture. Also, note, perhaps I read the menu incorrectly, you need to select mashed potatoes if you want them for your side. I didn't order the baked sweet potato because I thought I was already getting mashed potatoes."
