soda was flat it came in a ihop cup and so did the food the cheesesteak looked so good on the ad but when it came it looked like dog food i've never seen a bread to be soggy like this is not a portillos beef sandwich 0/10

Key sides missing. Barely anything inside bread for the price. What I did get was ok, but I was counting on ordered extras to bump up what was proved mediocrity. Not ordering again.

I order the large fry and barely got any, and this is not a brownie, it's a pancake,, really unsatisfied

Food was poorly packaged. Didn't arrive on time because my dasher didn't want to wait 15 minutes for the food to be made. Food was loosely packaged inside containers that were too big for it. The food was most definitely not kept fresh in those containers. The portions were OK at best however the taste leaves much to be desired. I would absolutely not order this again.
