Don't let the name fool you. The fratello (Italian for "brother") is basically a club sandwich, only with honey mustard dressing instead of mayo. The Build Your Own Omelette+ was good, but buyer beware: the $14.39 price is for a plain cheese omelet, with no additional toppings. I added ham to mine, which brought the price up over $16.00; add in coffee, and it's over $20.00.
I did appreciate having a choice of sides, other than the inevitable hash browns. I got the pancakes with mine, and upgraded to blueberry syrup at no additional charge. The flavored syrups are under Syrup Caddy on the sides menu.

The idea of building your own bagel sounds nice, but by charging separately for the bagel, spread, and various toppings, they jack the price up way above what a similar sandwich costs at other restaurants. As an experiment, I I tried making a basic egg, sausage and cheese bagel. The price came out to $11.00.
I could get an identical sandwich at Starbucks for $6.15, or at McDonalds for $5.45. There's no reason for these bagels to cost twice as much."

Monte Cristo sandwich was just as described: thin-sliced deli ham and Cheddar cheese between two pieces of French toast. The French toast was golden brown on the outside and soft and custardy on the inside, like French toast should be.
I didn't think the carmel dip paired well with the ham and cheese, so I put it in my coffee instead. I suggest they add a way to request cream and sugar with coffee orders, since mine came black. And maybe offer raspberry jam (another traditional side for a Monte Cristo) as an alternative to the dip.
Fresh fruit was sliced pineapple (not canned). Not a super big portion, but a nice palate cleanser after the salty ham sandwich."
