I was happy to see that my eggs were done over easy and perfect... not all places do that! The potatoes were great, too. I really like them with the onions and tomatoes and bacon! "I never had anything from Amy's until today. I had Amy's Skillet which was supposed to be tomatoes, onions and home fries with eggs on top. It was a huge amount of potatoes, enough for 3-4 people but hardly any tomatoes in it. It wasn't bad, but I wish there were more tomatoes. I could barely eat about a third of it; I found it a bit dry, in fact. The eggs were okay but they were more fried medium, not over easy as I requested. The yolks were fairly solid, not liquid. I liked the rye toast which was lightly toasted and wrapped separately so was nice and not soggy in the container like some restaurants do. It was pretty good, though, if not perfect, and I would try Amy's again I think, and choose something else next time. Everything was hot and I always appreciate that. The hot chocolate was very good."
