"I had been completely hesitant to order from Roger's, but the other night I just needed comfort food. Thankfully, it was exactly the comfort food I had imagined. The Small Appetite chicken fried steak dinner with brown gravy with peas and carrots fit the bill perfectly. It transported me back to childhood and was the perfect amount of food. "I got the Traditional Breakfast and I ordered over easy eggs, bacon, extra crispy hash browns and no bread. When I got my order delivered I opened it up to see that I did get bread- thankfully it was in a separate container as it is an allergy issue. My eggs had no seasoning and my yolk was no longer in the eggs. My hash browns were screaming for some seasoning. My hash browns were definitely not crispy. The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money. Sorry didn't get a picture of the food before I tossed it in the garbage. The bacon was the only thing worth eating..."

The idea of building your own bagel sounds nice, but by charging separately for the bagel, spread, and various toppings, they jack the price up way above what a similar sandwich costs at other restaurants. As an experiment, I I tried making a basic egg, sausage and cheese bagel. The price came out to $11.00.
I could get an identical sandwich at Starbucks for $6.15, or at McDonalds for $5.45. There's no reason for these bagels to cost twice as much."

"Uccello Cheese sandwich is a basic turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and American cheese. Not sure what the significance of the name is: google search revealed Uccello is the name of a Renaissance artist. Not a cheese.
Anyway, it was a decent sandwich; came with a generous serving of meat, choice of bread, and a pickle on the side. I chose the sourdough bread today, and liked it better than the hoagie roll I had last time.
Corn salad has a southwest flair: chipotle mayo, diced red bell pepper and shredded cheddar cheese are added to fresh corn, with a small container of crushed hot Fritos to sprinkle on top. Very tasty.

"Fratello sandwich is a very large, satisfying sandwich. I had it on sourdough bread today, but it's also excellent on ciabatta bread.
Don't let the name fool you. The fratello (Italian for "brother") is basically a club sandwich, only with honey mustard dressing instead of mayo. It's a very thick sandwich--so thick, I think, that it would benefit from being cut in quarters and stuck together with toothpicks, like a regular club sandwich. Just a thought."
