Don't let the name fool you. The fratello (Italian for "brother") is basically a club sandwich, only with honey mustard dressing instead of mayo. I'm kind of a connoisseur when it comes to turkey sandwiches, and the Portland Dip is that rare bird, a hot turkey sandwich that isn't smothered in mashed potatoes and gravy. But $20.00? For just a sandwich? When you can get a complete at a decent restaurant for the same price?
To add insult to injury, they make you choose a side, then charge an upsell for every side except fries. I don't happen to like fries, so I'm faced with either a) paying the upsell; b) ordering the fries and then throwing them away, or c) choosing "no side" but paying the full price. Neither option is acceptable to me.
