My first time ordering from them and it was well worth it. My machete could have been a little more well done but that i can easily do here. It was filled with such delicious meat and cheese. And the salsa were so spicy and tasty. The lettuce was on the side like i asked. The Machete de Chicharrón Prensado / Pressed Pork Rind Machete came wrapped in tin foil and then placed ontop of a paper plate alongside the sides of salsa and lettuce, I would love if in the future they can find a way to package their food a little more for deliverys for sanitary reasons. But in all, great flavor and quality. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

First time trying this place, and it exceeded our expectations! The Quesadilla Frita de Tinga de Pollo / Chicken Tinga Fried Quesadilla were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tinga was so savory. The Guajolote / Mexican Turkey was delicious too. Barely had any room for the esquites but had to try them and they did not disappoint. Worth the price overall. Will be ordering again.

Birria Plate and Tamal de Pineapple
Regarding the Birria Plate: The ratio of tortillas to meat and rice was perfect. The beans I think there were three teaspoon size bites so one per tortilla. The broth was nice to dip the rolled meat and rice in. The meat was long tender strands and the rice had a nice red-orange color you expect. The beans were beans with a bit of cheese melted on top.
That said, the entire plate of food was underwhelming. If I were on a salt-free diet this would have been perfect. But without that much needed salt, the flavors were flat making the whole thing bland.
I did add my own seasonings to develop some flavor.
The pineapple tamales were worth every penny and every bite. Because tamales tend to be a little dry, I created a sour cream dipping sauce from equal parts (1-TBSP) cream and sour cream with a half part (1/2-TBSP) sugar stirred until the sugar is dissolved. Yum
I wanted to try the chicken tamales but they were sold out and a refund was issued.
Overall, I would order the tamales again but not the birria plate.
