"Been here in person once after seeing a video on TikTok about it, and loved it. We ordered it as a pickup today and were there once the app said the order was ready. They were extremely busy (love to see that), but it may be helpful if they were to implement some type of to-go/mobile pickup. I waited for over 10 minutes before I finally asked about where to pick up the order. The sweet cashier let the guys in the back know, but it was still several minutes before I asked again. The man acted like he blamed the girl, but I told him that I had seen her tell him directly through the window in the door. They had not even started the order. So I had to wait even longer.
