"This is our go-to for so many of our favorites, the chicken with lemon/oregano is tangy amazing and my husband loves the Almond Rice Salad with lamb. Everything is always fresh and the portions are quite generous. No problems for many years! Maybe they were extra busy at the time of our last order because the shawarmas had pickle when we asked them to hold the pickles and they completely forgot our Tabouli, which goes so well with their delicious majedra. My family is Iraqi so I've had tons of different middle eastern food until now and this is by far my favorite. #1 spot out of Shelby Twp, Sterling Heights, and Dearborn food by far. BBQ meats taste amazing but charbroiled is another level and layer of flavor. The Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم is butterflied and then grilled which is served over two options of rice. Never had whole grilled chicken like that before and is so delicious. I enjoyed the brown rice (beryani style) and yellow rice very much, but the beryani style was a perfect balance of peppered and Mediterranean seasonings. Honestly better than I've had at holiday gatherings, they killed it! We also had the combo tray for 4 and it was served over pita bread fresh off the grill. I really enjoyed the kabob and cream chop. The cream chop came crispy and tasted like it just got cooked seconds ago and I have never gotten cream chop to go that wasn't soggy. Delicious. The food came in aluminum trays with a layer of saran wrap so the food came piping hot when it arrived and I live pretty far. Bringing the food inside, I could barely carry it because that's how much food you get and even the packaging was hot to the touch. The portions are HUGE and for a great price. The presentation on the Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم was actually really nice too. Can't beat the flavor, price, and portions so it's a win-win-win for me."

One of my favorite restaurants! I have been to similar types of restaurants, there is NO comparison to the flavor or amount of food in the meals, the Shawarma Combo is one of my favorites. The Quart of House Dressing is phenomenal I order the quart and cook with it! The bread, the Hummus, the veggies, everything is great. They also have great employees always kind and professional. "Highly disappointed, attached is what passes for a $19 sandwich I guess. Two tiny pieces of turkey, possibly one slice if we are generous of bacon (which I paid extra for), and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce with two very tiny quarters of a slice of tomato. This is a far cry from what an Olga sandwich normally entails. To add insult to injury the cream of broccoli soup was watered down & the snackers were missing their season, just sliced bread with maybe a tiny spritz of the seasoning. Will not be back. Was willing to pay $105 for a family of 4 when the food was amazing but this is ridiculous. Either shrinkflation has hit Olga's or their competent cooks have left.
