they're seasoned really well, with a nice unique but delicious flavor, and they're super super crispy. Not crunchy, but CRISPY.
That said, if you have left overs warm them up in the air fryer, as amazing as they are hot and fresh they are kind of awful straight from the fridge, they get soft and soggy. But, 8 minutes at 300 degrees brought them back to nearly the same crisp as fresh. Next time I'd do maybe 9 minutes.

"Decided to give this place a shot, sitting here in regret now. The pick 2 is a joke, the price for what they provide is well below ANY Mediterranean/Arabic places I have been to. The Kefta was dry, cold in the middle, long pieces of stems, and the size well below average. Gyro thin and flavorless. Rice, so dry and flavorless and the cost of a side is almost $2 more than most places charge. Garlic sauce has ruined my palette from an old bitter taste. Babaganoush and hummus both chunky and also stringy. Sadly the only things that had some flavor and were the appropriate temperature was the kids chicken tenders and fries which was also unnecessarily expensive for frozen bulk food.
I hate to be that person to complain, but when the cost of food is already high, then the cost is inflated more than the competition, and provides less quality...it should be addressed."

"I always try to leave honest, fair reviews based on my experience. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from Mitten's Soul Food again. The candied yams looked and tasted like they came from a can. They were very mushy and pale instead of having the rich color and texture you'd expect from homemade yams. The cornbread was dry, crumbly, and didn't taste fresh. The chicken wings were the biggest disappointment. They didn't seem fresh and had an overpowering chicken taste and smell that made them unappetizing. I took one bite and couldn't eat any more. The fried pork chop was seasoned well, but it was slightly smaller than the palm of my hand, and the meat was sliced extremely thin. The barbecue was also disappointing. The meat was very thin, fatty, and with the bones, there wasn't much enjoyable meat to eat.
