I usually order steamed white rice but for some reason I got the fried rice, which I didn't like at all. The chicken only had a few pieces that were edible. The rest were really hard and I couldn't eat them (I didn't even try). My super greens did not look appetizing either. I ate my two veggie egg rolls, which were good. I completely understand weekends get hectic, but having no estimate at all was frustrating and unfair to the driver, especially since it made him look responsible for the delay when it wasn’t his fault.
I think having more accurate or realistic wait times during peak hours would make the experience much better for everyone. Please do better in that area.
