The Vasto is as good, or better, than the Rome. I like the olive slices and the ground beef better than the meatballs in the Rome. I asked for extra sauce and got it. There was plenty of cheese all over and in this pasta. The noodles were fresh. They weren't mushy and they were cooked al dente.
And once again there was enough for at least another meal if not two.
I have moved recently. I am in-between two pasta restaurants now. I like both of them. However, I would give the edge to House of Pasta. The orders are larger, they have discounts, and everything arrives hot.
The only thing they need to add are napkins. That would be appreciated"

I felt like the rice was good; maybe just a little bland and there needs to be an option to order extra sauces (the orange sumac? Sauce is AMAZING; need more of that!) or to get a side of pita bread and hummus; also an option for water bottle or sugar free drink. I did like the Palestine orange soda. It would also be nice if there was an option for something like a grilled chicken salad. I thought the chicken was tasty but also a little bit dry. However, the beef was delicious. I ordered one regular beef bowl and one chicken bowl and I felt like both were pretty good. I would also say that I would give them extra points just for being a very small local business versus a chain. I'm always rooting for a smaller business to be successful. I would say that the quality is there. I would like to see more more cucumber and tomato in the bowl, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the rice. "This is the real deal! I had the Chicken 65 Biryani REG. If you are a Desi missing street food back home, one order of this will quell your cravings for a week, hopefully.
