The food was very good and had generous portions. I would definitely order it again. I ordered two of the bowls. I would like more veggies sauce, sauces on the side and an option for salad. The orange sauce is extremely good. I'm not sure what it is. I think it's a sumac chili sauce. It was very good.

I would say this was pretty good.
I felt like the rice was good; maybe just a little bland and there needs to be an option to order extra sauces (the orange sumac? Sauce is AMAZING; need more of that!) or to get a side of pita bread and hummus; also an option for water bottle or sugar free drink. I did like the Palestine orange soda. It would also be nice if there was an option for something like a grilled chicken salad. I thought the chicken was tasty but also a little bit dry. However, the beef was delicious. I ordered one regular beef bowl and one chicken bowl and I felt like both were pretty good. I would also say that I would give them extra points just for being a very small local business versus a chain. I'm always rooting for a smaller business to be successful. I would say that the quality is there. I would like to see more more cucumber and tomato in the bowl, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the rice. The only difference between the small bowl I ordered and the large bowl was that the large bowl is twice the depth and has double the rice. If you're hungry, that's a good value for another two dollars. However, the overall whole effect was enjoyable and a good value. Get dr I was at home so I tossed a couple of tortillas in the car toaster and made a couple of little wrap fajita tacos with it and it was super delicious as a whole. I would say it was pretty tasty. I would've liked more sauces; sauce on the side; an option to pay for more veggies; and maybe the option to order other beverages or a salad but I understand it's a small market and I'm glad to see them into the market place

I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl on a whim, and wow — I was blown away. The flavors were perfectly balanced: tender, juicy chicken with just the right amount of spice, layered over fluffy rice and topped with crisp, fresh veggies. The garlic sauce was chef’s kiss — creamy, tangy, and tied everything together beautifully.

starting with the Chicken Shawarma the chicken was dry the there was a couple spicy bites but no flavor beyond that.
Lahm bi ajeen (middle Eastern Pizza) tased like pizza with no cheese.
Zaatar flatbread extremely dry no oil to be seen like eating a very dry everything bagel.
why is there hummus in their main picture but no hummus sold.
