The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. "I’ve ordered from Morimoto both in person and through DoorDash many times I'm a local in Napa but recently I’ve become really disappointed with the quality and portions, especially with DoorDash orders.
My most recent order was extremely disappointing. The Mapo Ramen had no meat at all and the portion was practically half of what I would expect. For the price, the quality and portion just aren’t what they used to be.
I’ve always enjoyed ordering from Morimoto, which is why it’s frustrating to see the quality decline. Unfortunately, after this order, I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again. At this point, I’m better off making the drive to Ramen 101 for a much better portion and overall experience.

Could they have been left out or were from another customer's meal scraps? They were not fresh and the portion size was was very small. When I called to complain, the young receptionist was flip and unapologetic and told me to have a goodday. i felt unheard and disrespected. "It's so hard to find general tso Mandarin (General Tso's) in California but here it is, and it's just what I was looking for! Sweet and spicy. This is the closest to east coast style Chinese takeout I've had since moving to the area. The tofu is fried perfectly, with a nice crispy bite outside and chewy inside.

"This was honestly one of the worst DoorDash orders I’ve ever had. I usually don’t leave negative reviews—if I don’t like a restaurant, I just don’t order from them again—but this experience felt like a complete rip-off.
The tofu portion was shockingly small, with less than half an inch of tofu in the entire order. It was almost all noodles. The shrimp rolls were just as disappointing, with barely any shrimp—mostly just a crunchy tail.
For an $80 order, the quality and portions were completely unacceptable. As a Napa Valley local who orders DoorDash every week, I’m always looking for great local restaurants to support. Unfortunately, this isn’t one I can recommend. It feels like it’s catering more to tourists than earning repeat business from locals."
