The Special Margherita Pizza was the closest we’ve had to the one we enjoyed at a restaurant in Rome near the Vatican.
The crust was wonderfully light, the tomato sauce perfectly balanced and almost tasted fresh, and there was plenty of cheese with just the right amount of basil. I ended up eating three slices - a rarity for me, as my appetite has been very light in recent years.
