The Classic beef tartare was a lot better than most restaurants! I dont know how they do it but I devoured it. Perhaps they dressed the raw beef with something,but they left a few dollops of at least 2 other (delicious) dressings to pair with the dish.

It was large enough to share between 2 people. The amount of apple pieces in it was perfect and tasted all so fresh. This apple fritter had a crispy outside edge which was a nice touch. The kolaches did not disappoint either! The Large Sausage Cheese Jalapeno kolache was so tasty!! The bread was fresh on it and the flavor was on point. I'm very impressed as this was my first time trying out this place. To top it all off, they even added a couple extra donuts in the bag. "
