"This is literally my FAVORITE Mexican food restaurant! The Pollo Con Pollo Con Queso is my go to EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME it slaps hard (in the best way possible!). The flavors pop so magnificently with the jalapeño cream cheese and seasoned shredded chicken. I even got my best friend addicted to that meal as well, and my Hispanic boyfriend steals bites of mine every time we order. He told me tonight that next time, he's getting the Pollo Con Queso too haha. What can I say? It's absolutely delicious! My boyfriend also enjoys the mini chimichangas (his usual go-to pick at Ajo's). They include chips and salsa which is always a huge plus as well. I truly look forward to this meal every time we can afford it. Honestly such a treat!
