"Normally a dq fan, haven't had this location in years until now. Ordered a 6pc FlameThrower® Chicken Strip Baskets with a root beer (no ice, I have sensitive teeth). Food arrived and there were 5 burnt chicken strips, root beer had nice and was only about 3/4 full, and thr gravy tasted like soap. Like I said I haven't ordered from this location in years prior to this, so I can't say if this is a one-off issue or if this is just the level of quality they're satisfied with here."
