They usually put the icing in a cup on the side, instead they put it on the cinnamon roll while it was still hot and it had melted all over, making it soggy in places. It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again. "We order from Chili's frequently. We ask for our food preparation in a very specific way. One of my husband's favorite items is their Oldtimer hamburger with cheese, but he wants certain items held. Chili's has never made a mistake with regard to his orders. Plus, he loves the flavor and says their burgers are the best he has tasted. The only issue is the minor complaint that occasionally their portion of fries is somewhat small. My resolution has been to order an extra side of fries. "I usually go into this store. I haven't dashed this yet. But I will say the prices are good and the food is actually amazing. We eat it a lot for dinner after work. Yes. it is in a gas station but so what! I'm telling you it is delicious. The staff is friendly and they give big portions for the price.
The big wildcat is our favorite. You get 3 chicken tenders which are huge and 3 potato wedges that are breaded and huge. You'll mistake the potato wedges for the tenders sometimes.
The stuffed tots are same price as burger King. BK you get 8. For same cost here you get 20. Let me tell you it is way better than what they serve at BK.
I haven't tried the burgers yet but the pastrami burger is next on my list. I trust this store. Unlike your average gas station food place it appears they actually keep things clean and the food is made with care. The staff is happy you are in the store and actually want to serve you instead of being annoyed you chose their establishment.
