"What stood out most was service. My bun B3. Charbroiled pork and homemade egg rolls with vermicelli noodle Bún Cha Gio Thit Nuong 春卷，烤肉米粉 was very good, but they forgot to include the sauce. Instead of just letting it go and DoorDash compensate, I got a call from the restaurant after the driver had already left. They offered to bring my sauce because "you can't eat it without it ". I was pretty disappointed with the pho, especially for $18. I got the rare steak and brisket, and the broth was really lacking in flavor. The brisket also had a lot of stringy fat running through basically every slice. The rare steak had a very deep red, almost liver like color that honestly didn’t look very appetizing. It tasted fine, but if you’re someone who gets turned off by how food looks, it might bother you.
The one positive was the portion size. I ordered a small and it was huge. I used the biggest bowl I had at home and still had broth left over. Overall, though, for the price I expected a much more flavorful bowl of pho. Would not order again."
