"So for the price, I have to say the Strawberry Cake was overpriced for its quality and value. The icing was very flavorful for sure! But very dense and almost pasty in texture. I've had other buttercream frostings and this one was definitely not my favorite texture wise by anymeans. It felt very homemade but not in a professional good way. The cake itself tasted very homemade in a good way but also in a bad way. It was dry and crumbly but also somehow very dense?? It felt like I was eating a slightly soft brick. I even let in defrost and still same thing. Not sure if it was fresh either as it tasted and felt old. The portion size was large but, for the price it wasn't worth it. For a quarter of the price there's another bakery that gives just as large portions and the frosting is very delicious and fluffy! The cakes are softer and moist as well. I got a whole 6inch cake for 13$ but this Strawberry Cake was 70$ and def tasted like someone baked this unprofessionally. Especially the plain Jane style and design.
