About 10 minutes before my window of time for delivery came, I got a text message from the driver (April Smith) letting me know the store ("BR") did not have the flavor that I requested. I replied to April to get what they had but to let the store know that I was NOT happy about the last-minute change. When April got to BR she asked to speak with a manager. I unfortunately did not get the manager's name (because he deserves some credit as well!) but he personally began getting my order together for her, with the flavors originally ordered. April delivered the order on-time and with a smile and I am forever grateful to her for stepping up and providing outstanding customer service.

In addition, I was shocked to find that I had been charged an $11 service fee, which was not shown as I was checking out.
The Door Dasher was good, though.

Chicken Hummus - A deceivingly generous mound of delicious, well-seasoned, tender, moist shawarma (most of the shawarma around here is dry and flavorless) surrounded by some of the best hummus I've had was decorated with sliced tomato, kalamata olices, toasted almond slivers (wish this could be served with a side of veggies). The PITA Chick does not shy away from the lemon (I love that!l) and the 2oz Garlic Sauce was excellent! Gyro Bites were also good, and the fries were very nice, thin cut and seasoned well.
