"Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with how far the quality of this place has fallen.
The last two times I’ve ordered for pickup, I’ve received what can only be described as an embarrassing amount of chicken. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were literally two slices of chicken in my meal. Two. For the prices being charged, that’s unacceptable.
The avocado has also been consistently bad. It doesn’t taste fresh at all. It has a rubbery texture, like it’s been sitting around far too long before being served. The freshness and overall food quality have declined tremendously compared to what this place used to be.
On top of that, the service has become increasingly frustrating. During one visit, I stood waiting for about eight minutes for my pickup order while staff completely ignored me. It wasn’t even close to rush hour. Eventually, a bartender had to come over and help me get my food. That should never happen.
Maybe it’s just my experience, but I’ve also felt like I’m treated differently than other customers. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, which only makes the disappointing food even harder to overlook.
This used to be a place that treated people with respect and consistently served great food. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. The decline in both quality and service has been impossible to ignore. It’s disappointing to see what was once a favorite spot fall this far.

"The teriyakis were ok, according to the family members who ordered them. However, the individual sushi items were not at all as described. They were limp and lukewarm. I received what I always ordered as "sashimi", not the sushi I expected. There were four limp pieces of raw fish with globs of white rice, all extremely poorly presented, all tossed and run together. There was one tiny little dab of wasabi, scarcely enough for one piece, much less four. The manager argued vehemently with me, even after I showed her pictures of the items. She said, and I quote "the pictures are just to look pretty". I also asked for spicy dumpling sauce on the dumplings, and I got what tasted kind of like apple cider vinegar. She told me she could do nothing for me but that I should call DoorDash. "
