I cannot blame the chefs and other staff members...However, this establishment skimps on portions plus quality of goods. I have a feeling their managers instructed them to skimp on everything too. They had the cheapest cut in the world. Please save yourself the regret.

"As a sushi chef myself I can confidently say that Tokai is in my top 3 spots for sushi in SCV. The quality of the fish is very good. I appreciated the fact that they actually marinated the Ikura (salmon roe). Many sushi restaurants skip this step so you just end up eating salty salmon eggs.
